Ashcourt Racing Welcome New Faces For 2020

30 Jan 2020

"It's going to be a hard class for sure and theres a lot of pre-season preparation we need to do to make sure we're in the best position to compete"

We're pleased to annouce we're back for the 2020 season with a bang! Lee is very excited for the upcoming season and is looking forward to pre-season preparation. Lee and the Ashcourt Racing team are confident ahead of the season and have outlined intentions to bring all they have to the British Supersport Championship for 2020 as well as trying to secure the NW200 and the TT. We're also looking ahead to attend as many Oliver's Mount meetings as the team can throughout the season depending on racing schedules.

In preparation for the 2020 season, Ashcourt Racing have welcomed two new faces. We will be supporting the amazing Jenny Tinmouth in the Superstock 1000 class. Jenny brings a wealth of experience and will be wearing the Ashcourt Racing blue colours throughout 2020. Jenny will be riding the Phil Crowe Performance BMW S1000RR in the British Superstock Championship under the number 25. Jenny's just been in spain testing and has said "Despite it raining the first few days on and off, it was great to get a run out on the BMW and get used to the electrics. From the testing we know what now needs to be prepped for the upcoming season". We asked about the upcoming season and cometing in the Superstock 1000 class Jenny said "It's going to be a hard class for sure and theres a lot of pre-season preparation we need to do to make sure we're in the best position to compete".

Ashcourt will also be supporting a young rising star, Lucas Hill for 2020 in the British Talent Cup. Lucas is a young 12 year old rider with lots of promise. Lucas or 'Hilly' as he's known from Brandesburton in East Yorkshire loves his mountain biking and rugby union. Hilly rides under the number 44 and will be making his debut in the British Talent Cup. Make sure you follow his journey and show support by following his social media channel @lucashillracing44.
